To preserve and promote our agricultural heritage through community education and leadership development
Logo types to explore
We are a non-profit Foundation that was started because of a cut in state funding for our local county fair. The cuts would have eliminated many of the educational programs that the fair offers. The foundation grants many scholarships and awards to the children in our area. We are a farming community with a long history and tradition. We are trying to reconnect people to their food and fiber. The Fair tradition was started over 100 years ago and we want to preserve the tradition and continue to educate people about agriculture and support our local children. The Heritage Foundation provides tens of thousands of dollars in scholarships to our local 4H members. These children are involved in 4H through the raising and selling of animals such a sheep, goats, beef, dairy cows, rabbits and swine. Members can also compete in areas of woodworking, welding, sewing, photography, canning, arts, electrical skills and more. Our logo needs to reflect these strong, "down home" roots while also being professional and classy. ****NEW NOTE**** Please see the 2 newly uploaded logos that were created via 99designs for my family's local farm! We love the color and feel of both of these logos - let them inspire you!!!!
