LOGO: NEW MEN'S MAGAZINE!!!!!!!!! Get lot's of exposure!

The magazine's name is HAVEN. I'm looking for something really TRENDY. I like bright colours that will jump out at people. I don't want to give too many requirements because I don't want to limit people's creativity.

Desired Color Scheme:
ANY!! Perferably something a bit flashy, but I'm open to any ideas.

Desired Style:
Open to ANY ideas!! The sky's the limit

Accepted File Formats:
Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png); Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai)

I am asking for 3 variations of the logo:
i) 'H' for HAVEN.
ii) 'HAVEN'
iii) And finally 'Haven Magazine Inc'

I am offering much more than just the $269 prize.  I would like to give the winner the credit they deserve.  I will have them listed in a feature section of the magazine with their name and contact information so they can get TONNES of EXPOSURE!!

I do not want to limit your creativity.  Just to give you an idea, this magazine will target a similar audience as For Him Magazine, Ralph, Maxim, etc...  It will be a men's magazine.

I would perfer to have people who have won competitions before, but, if you feel that you have the creative talent, please submit an entry, it doesn't hurt to try.
