We would like a modern looking design that is clean and to the point. No set colour scheme at this point, although 'green' is probably going to be a strong influence given the brand name. We will need the logo in a Vector format when the contest is completed.

The product/service to which the logo will be applied is a new product/service which will checks if a new brand is going to infringe the registered trade mark rights of others and confirms if trade mark registration for that brand is available. It is a new product provided in a very traditional industry and so modern and clean design (possible with a bit of fun too) is very important to set it apart from the norm.

The logo needs to appeal to business people (start-up businesses and established businesses) and convey a modern but professional feel - it will be used to distinguish the product and services of a modern patent firm from those of its traditional competitor firms.

We are open to a wide interpretation of the brief provided the result is eye-catching and clean.

We would prefer not to receive traffic-light related logo designs.
