How rich@slashlacrosse started their logo design journey
I am a co-owner of the Lacrosse store. We are both passionate about the sport of lacrosse, played it in college and now coach at both the youth and high school levels. Lacrosse is a sport that has an "X" game type feel and culture. The store will have a slightly industrial look and we want a logo that has an "edgy" feel and embodies motion, speed, action and possibly contact.
It needs to be cool and unique. The logo is something that we envision working well for signage, t-shirts and equipment.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Primary target audience is boys and girls ages 8 - 18 and their parents. Kids that play the sport are probably a little outside the mainstream from a sports perspective, more in the line of snowboarders or skateboarders. We will also be sponsoring boys and girls team under the SLASH Lacrosse brand.
We are based in Seattle Washington and we would be a new brick and mortor retail store with a website.
A clean, cool logo that can be used on all company signage, webisite, t-shirts/apparel, uniforms, equipment, letterhead, business cards, stationery, email correspondence and other marketing materials.

Feel free to use your creative minds to design our logo based on what you've read above. We trust you to be as creative and/or edgy as you feel would best suit our company logo. We know that color is important along with graphics and font. That being said, we leave that up to your creativity.
