Attorney & Law
A legal tabloid online that details the happenings and gossip in the legal community. The target audience will be attorneys who are overworked and looking for an outlet in between monotonous work projects. There is an existing website, but the content is not refreshed with the new business idea and is not indicative of what the site content will be. The site we are going to be doing is a TABLOID SITE that will deal with gossip and so forth in the legal community. We are not seeking a traditional logo that will have gavels, scales of justice and so forth. We are seeking something colorful, fresh and exciting.
Logo types to explore
Our target audience will be attorneys, mostly at large and prestigious law firms in some of the biggest cities (NYC, LA, Chicago, DC, etc.) who are bored with their day-to-day life. They will come here for excitement. They will be between 25-50 years old, but the sweet spot will be with attorneys 25-40. Law students may also be frequent visitors, but we will target them less. These are very intelligent people so they will want to see a professional looking site, with a fun/gossip slant because they are here for entertainment. It will be a mix of men and women, obviously more on the tech-savvy side of the population. We are also holding a contest for a new website layout/design, so they will both be launched at the same time. I like the idea of a newspaper/typewriter font for the word "Judged" just as one option or as inspiration. Very black/white or gavel-fueled.
