Summary
A client of mine is after a logo for their new company called "Job Equity Management". It is a job consultancy/recruitment company for people with disabilities.
UPDATE: Want simple, strong/bold. If necessary to achieve this, ignore the colour scheme in the brief.

The client has said that since the abbreviation of Job Equity Management is "JEM" that she would like a play on words and have a image of a GEM in the logo somewhere - a ruby or diamond or emerald etc etc.
