The name of the conference is "FOTO3 2008" or "FOTO3" but 2008 should feature in the logo somewhere.

I threw together a logo that myself and the other organizers like but I think it could be better and would also like to see more ideas than my concept. My concept can be seen here: http://img294.imageshack.us/img294/…to3vc4.jpg

We would like something simple and clean possibly creating an identifiable brand. This is a conference of three photography organizations combining forces. This is not an amateurish camera club type event it is directed to advanced amateurs and professionals who will be attending seminars, workshops and more. It will be held in Colorado in 2008.

The logo needs to be sizable for a variety of uses from websites to conference badges, to letterheads, t-shirts, etc so most likely vector based?
