Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Information Network Support. (INNESU = INformation NEtwork SUpport.) We provide support services to businesses needing qualified experts to manage all aspects of their IT systems. We install, manage and train their staff in the use of servers, workstations, network hardware, desktop applications, business website strategy and implementation, etc. We provide any and all services an in-house CIO and his subordinate staff would normally provide to a large corporation's CEO but we focus on small/medium business clients.

We have few preconceived notions of a specific marketing style for this entity and there is no history behind it. (The major staff involved are forming an entirely new company and launching it, it has not existed in this form before.) So there is no established spelling of innesu/INNESU/InNeSu or color scheme or font or layout, etc. The only major conceptual notion is that we charge premium rates for mission-critical services therefore communicating professionalism, expertise, seriousness, reliability, etc. are aspects we are looking for. We have no specific slogan but are open to one. Some use of the name innesu and the expansion/explanation to Information Network Support in the artwork seems logical as innesu isn't immediately meaningful on it's own. (However that is not necessarily required... We don't completely reject the notion of some sort of stylized inneu/INNESU wordmark on it's own without a tagline or slogan if there is some visual representation that is particularly appealing that way.) It seems more likely though that a combination of both the name innesu (INNESU/InNeSu ?) and also the tagline Information Network Support (or INformation NEtwork Support or INformationNEtworkSUpport ?) make the most sense. A slogan after that may or may not also make sense depending on the rest of the design.
It might be good to add a .com behind innesu (either in a reduced font size and/or alternate font perhaps?) We are obviously not a web-based business, nor do our clients spend much time on our website on an ongoing basis. It may be helpful though for it to be reasonably obvious to someone seeing the logo (perhaps on a promotional coffee mug, etc.) to immediately recognize that our web address is the .com of our name.
The logo will be used primarily on small items (business cards) and potentially some larger ones (car window decals) so the level of detail/number of elements should be on the relatively simple side.
