New Logo/Identity for Dynamic Real Estate Professionals

We are looking for something iconic --clean, sharp & different from your normal realtor-look but something that is upscale and professional. We need a logo that is easily recognizable in print & web as well as driving past a house.

We are two individual dynamic realtors who are joining to form a “powerhouse†team, if you will.  We are looking for something iconic --clean, sharp & different from your normal realtor-look but something that is upscale and professional.  We need a logo that is easily recognizable in print & web as well as driving past a house.  We would like to work with the idea of a threshold (either a literal threshold or the abstract idea) but it isn’t an absolute must.  Websites with logos that have appealed to us include: www.HatTeam.com www.Teamoceanside.com www.Lerchre.com (logo at the bottom) http://www.Rickgeha.comÂ

We would like to work with “The Joy Currie & Shar Rundio Threshold Groupâ€.   Maybe the names could be layered in and removable?   Would like it in grayscale initially with the option of adding color (we want to make sure that it will look great in b&w, too).  Color thoughts are red, black, white, silver???  We are pretty open and flexible to what you think would look/work best.  After all, you are the professionals.
