Other notes

I would like to play off the word Holmes by adding a Home to the logo. But it needs to reflect a nutrition business and not a realtor business. (An apple with a silhouette of a home inside) There were a few in the ready made logos on this site that I liked, but would need them to be changed slightly. is there a way I can copy and paste those as an example?
