sconline got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Logo/Header and Business Card Design for ScreenCastsOnline
Check out sconline's Logo design contest…
Established successful podcast delivering weekly video tutorials via iTunes. I'm happy with my current Web site but would like to get a professional logo and header graphic for my Web site. Also looking to get a matching business card design.
What's your vision?
Tagline: Get the most out of your Mac (Optional) Desired Color Scheme: To complement the current web design (see details) Desired Style: Modern, Techie , Cool, Mac like! Accepted File Formats: Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff) Check out the current Web site at http://www.screencastsonline.com. I need a professional logo that conveys easily that I produce Mac based tutorials. Ideally the logo should be part of a new banner that fits into the 800x200 space in the current Web site. As far as the name is concerned, if any emphasis is used it should be ScreenCasts Online, please don't emphasise or de-emphasis the "Casts" part. Also the logo should be able to be viewed in a square format (300x300) as my podcast identifier in iTunes. The logo will probably be incorporated into the opening sequence of the video tutorials each week. Finally, I'd like to have a double sided business card which will be printed on a standard card with rounded corners. If you can include placeholders for standard information - Don McAllister, Host/Producer - email: email@example.com, web: www.screencastsonline.com - mobile: +44(0)-xxxx-xxxxx-xxxx Feel free to be creative but the main aim is to convey a professional image and the overall objective of the service i.e getting the most out of your Mac. Some background to the podcast - The tutorials are wide ranging and do not focus on any one particular area of the Mac and are suitable for all skill levels. I do both a free version of the show plus a membership based version. Any further information needed - please drop me an email or messageThis contest was originally listed in multiple categories: - Logo Design - Stationery Design
