Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Beach Front Hotel, on clearwater beach, FL. It has been operated as an EconoLodge but we are dropping the Franchise and plan to operate independent. Traditionally marketed toward the budget traveler. Looking to improve image and target more of a mid scale market. Competition includes, Hoilday Inn, Wyndham, and Quality Inn. Our standards are above what Econo Lodge requires and more renovations are scheduled so we can compete with neighbors. Unlike them we do not have a bar, restaurant, or meeting rooms. Just hotel rooms, large deck over the water, on the beach..PARTY atmosphere next door on weekends.. family friendly during the week.. for all audiences

Other notes
the logo needs to convey that it is a BEACH Hotel. I'd like the observer to think "vacation", "Florida", "Gulf of Mexico". Initials are nice but needs to be incorporated with some image, so as not to be perceived as a, executive, or elegant. Needs to give a feel of simple, relaxed, and fun, without being too youthful. Can be modern, but not too contemporary as we are going with a more traditional beach design versus retro..Thank you..
