This is not my first project on 99 Designs. I succesfuly awarded a prize for another logo I requested a few months ago for another project, "Monex".
In January 2011, we will launch our flagship product, Training Manager, an on-line training management system. Our product is designed to help schools manage the training they provide to corporations (IBM, Gov't, etc). We are a software company and our customers are training institutions (schools).
Our product is designed for the adult-education industry. Our average users are women aged 35-55. The vast majority of users are language teachers and employees of the federal government.
Users are generally conservative, but appreciate "clean-creativity". Think of your average University professor in an Arts program (History not Economics). Users for my system make between 50K and 80K per year. They have families. They are generally very educated (1 or more university diplomas). Their style is "business-casual".
I am looking for a logo to put on my company's website. The logo should be followed the letters TM (Trademark) in a smaller non-distinct font.
Colors should be appealing to women. Think lively colors like blue and green (think "Herbal Essences"). But remember that I am targetting adults, not teenie-boppers. The logo should convey high quality and stable technology.
The logo will come to represent my product which is a system which schools will use to manage the corporate training services they provide to departments of the federal government. For more information google "Training Management System" or "Learning Management System".
You are free to be creative. I want something clean given my generally conservative audience, but I also want something they're going to remember. Think of products marketed to women in their 40's for inspiration. Skin care, make-up, clothing,
I've uploaded a logo that was done for me a few months ago when my product was called "MySchool". It's not bad, but not great either. I am open to a fresh approach.
