I am exceptionally happy with the work, effort, and final product produced by Flatsigns. I had no idea what I wanted when I initially launched my project; however, Flatsign’s innovative designs really helped give shape to my business. Outstanding work.
How Nick Johnson started their logo design journey
Hey everyone, I'm Nick Johnson, owner of a fast-growing website Subject2.com which is focused on real estate investing, Social Media's use in Real Estate & business building. My style is definitely not stuffy - its fun yet inspirational. I blend creative real estate investing and social media into a profitable business and teach others how to do the same.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
My target audience is mostly 9-to-5 employees who are seeking information on how to save money, create true passive income and build a truly successful business that will allow them to live on their terms. My content crosses multiple topics: creative real estate investing techniques, use of social media and the internet to build a business, and creating effective and efficient businesses on and offline geared towards having Real Estate Investments as the end goal.
Generally I'm looking for welcoming and inviting colors, avoiding harsh reds and other strong colors. I enjoy blues, yellows of different shades and sharpness.
Graphics should if possible be related to a 9-5 employee seeking knowledge. If you can tie that into the logo it would be awesome!
I'm pretty open minded when it comes to this logo and look forward to your creative contributions.
One of my favorite things is a site called biggerpockets.com's logo, not necessarily the logo itself but how the three words under it are placed. I would like the words: Real Estate, Social Media, Business Building incorporated very similarly
