About us
I am starting an executive coaching firm. In other words, I work with senior leaders to improve their leadership skills so that they can be promoted to the next level. What makes my company different is in the approach I use. Most coaches only focus on an executive's observable behavior, and they strictly coach only behaviors. For me, I recognize that behaviors are the result of what is happening in people's minds (inner thoughts, anxieties, inborn personality traits). With that, I typically start with what is going on inside before I get to coaching new behaviors. Hence "Inside-Out". Please don't use any brains in my logo haha. Hopefully you can see by my style that I do not like conservative logos. At the same time, this can't be too playful because I am dealing with executives.
