We hope to offer an alternate method of transportation in an urban or suburban environment that promotes good health for the rider, the community, and the environment. We want to promote bicycling and bicycle culture, but in a way that is more practical for people to use on a day to day basis. This is the origin of our name, S.U.Velo, as it is a combination of velo (bike in french) and the cargo-carrying capacity of an SUV.
We are based out of Seattle, WA, which has a large community of bicycle-enthusiasts.

Our target audience is primarily urban-dwelling professionals and young families. They are:
-Males and females between the ages of 24-50
-Live in a neighborhood that is conducive to walking/biking
-May have young children
-Pursue a active, healthy lifestyle
-Care about the environment
Our logo will be used on the cargo container of the bicycle, on packaging, on our website, our marketing materials and brochures.
The logo should primarily, or solely consist of the name of our company. We want it to be easy to read and recognize.
We are looking for something that is very simple, clean, bold. The cargo container is made of finished wood, so keep this in mind for color choice.
One idea we had was a logo that appears as though it was stamped onto the bike in the style of an old apple crate.
