A brilliant, simple design that really hit the spot. Exactly what we needed, and we;ll be coming back from stationary from this designer very soon. The best example of just how well 99designs can work.
Fantastic design, made amendments very quickly. Easy and friendly to work with. Would defiantly work with this designer again.

Our collaboration with Amio was breathtaking.
Not only are we more than thrilled by this design (and quite frankly, we did not expect such a great artwork upon launching the contest) but we were sincerely impressed by the quality of his work, his responsiveness, his ability to propose very relevant adaptations even before we were able to provide him with our feedback.
It was like we had a new team member with us for one week.
Can't wait to launch new collaborations with him soon.

The Logo is for our research group. We are doing research on issues concerning the management and economics of the environment and natural resources. We are active in the field of fisheries, international environmental issues but also general environmental and resource issues.
The Logo should consist some notion of sea, a tree and should be round (which we think symbolize the earth). MERE means in old english "sea, lake". The full name of our research group is: Management and Economics of Resources and the Environment. The University webpage is http://www.sdu.dk where you also can see the darker blue which should be found in our logo as well.
Enclosed you can find one sketch we have done how a logo can look like. The MERE can be part of the picture or the full name of the research group can be on the right side of the logo.
