Initial information: We sell employer branding service, that brands companies as "seriously responsible" (that's the meaning of the serioodpowiedzialni.pl, mind that the two words are "serio" and "odpowiedzialni"). Companies that buys our certificate of responsibility are sponsoring to all their job candidates one meeting with career advisor that helps candidates to plan better their career. Edit: after seeing first designs I realised that it's all about creating some simple image, that will symbolise responsibility and care about labour market (meaning growth of the future employees and all candidates in the market). DETAILED UPDATED BRIEF: 1. WHY do I need the logo? I want to create professional, modern and solid company. 2. What do we want to achieve? - co-creating the future of the labour market - creating a symbol of aresponsible employer - business responsibility - social responsibility - the candidate will be treated well - changing the world but in an economically justifiable way (it's business not foundation) - signal to the market - we signal the problem in the recruitment process. - work determines the social status, but we change job only for the better - we secure your professional future 3. TARGET GROUP Business - it takes care of the attributes of the brand. professional people, educated, 1 country market Companies from different industries > HR, EB, Marketing departments At the beginning we want to reach the IT industry, consulting, small technological companies, luxury brands. 4. LOGO STRUCTURE --Preferred logo structure: signet + logotype separated from each other --The most important medium on which the logo will be presented: www, other publishers, posters, off-line banners, social media - Linkedin, twitter --Will the logo be embossed, animated, 3D, engraved, etc.? - Eventually in the future --Will additional names of departments, subsidiaries, branches etc. ever be added to the logo? - No --Preferred style: colours - purple, navy blue (dark), black gradient, one color --Logo with any specific image or character? 3 elements (b2b, me, b2c) --What symbol or shape is forbidden? - No contact with nature, no references to gender, religion, politics, etc. 5. CHARACTERISTICS Main message: NEW quality, freshness on the market, but addressing a very serious HR problem --Main message for the target group: Target group > b2b. Implement real EB actions and become a love brand for your employees because they will be proud to work for you. Be SOMEONE on the job market. Become someone demanded on the job market. --What company features it has to show? - Progressive, Serious (in the sense of changing the world and it is serious; we don't make cool shirts and stuff), Trendy, Innovative (new quality) - better times are coming with serioodpowiedzialni.pl mass / not individually / globally / we are changing the candidate's world 6.
