smartmouthvoiceovers got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Logo for dog-obsessed voice actor with smart and sassy vibe

Voice over narration - I voice TV/radio commercials, e-learning modules, corporate videos, explainer and product demonstration videos, DIY tutorials, phone system prompts. I have a recording studio on site and complete all work for clients from there. My clients are usually businesses that are looking for a voice that is relatable to their target market but I'm also bookable via talent agents and casting directors.
Please no typically cliche things, like microphones, headphones, or sound waves. 'Smart Mouth' is alluding to 'intelligence' as well as 'sass'. I am dog obsessive and have a YouTube DIY channel where all of the Adsense proceeds are donated to no-kill shelters and rescue organizations. So I was thinking about a logo with a dog in glasses, mouth open and surrounded by 'Smart Mouth' on top and 'Voice Overs' underneath in a circular shape. I'm also not a graphic designer by any means so I'm hoping you can help :) I found a couple of images that I kinda like - dog in glasses, I like the atom, too but without the bone (that 'smart' connotation). My dog is a pitbull and I attached a couple of pix of him, if that helps - I'd like the dog to look like him (or that typically pittie with the uncropped ears). Hipster pitbull with glasses, open mouth, and maybe a scarf? I like the thick black lines of the two drawn dogs I've attached. I'm not sure if this will help but my website is www.VickiListon.com - you can find my demos there to get a feel of what I sound like. I have a mixture of smart, intelligent, perky, sassy, fun, warm, friendly voice qualities.

DreamDoe was fantastic to work with! She was able to take my 'not-a-graphic-designer' ideas and turn them into visuals that got my message across exactly. She offer multiple versions so I could better see the different possibilities. Thank you so much - this was such a great experience and I'm so happy with the results!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
