Chris did an amazing job on our logo and worked together with us closely to get it right. We did 1 contest and hired a professional ex-Apple designer and still didn't get the results we wanted. We then did a 2nd contest with almost 1,000 entries and Chris won it with his awesome logo!
People love our logo, we always get great remarks about it and it's been featured on VentureBeat, Mashable, Entrepreneur Magazine etc. and been on billboards in San Francisco. People already remember our "G" mark which Chris created.

Big Block Deals brings value home. Simply, users get the best service at the best price at their home. The site enables service providers (lawn care, plumbing, pool services) to offer discounts to consumers based on where consumers live and how many people can sign up for the deal.
Logo types to explore
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
1/2 of the users will be home owners 30 - 70 years old. Target user is 35 - 50 and will be experienced with the web. Household income over $120K
The other 1/2 of the users will be small business owners that will be 20 - 55 and have some web experience.
If we can get the slogan "Bringing Value Home" incorporated that would be great.
I do like the "web 2.0" monochromatic and simple look.
