So helpful and willing to make any and all updates...quickly! Thanks so much and hope to work with you again!
This time we have designed a slightly larger advertisement. It has also become very beautiful again. I am very happy about the result.
Also, the communication is always very harmonious and very friendly. ❤️

Helping organizational leadership develop strategy that takes into account the human side of challenges that are often assumed to have solutions that are simply technical or economic; in other words, strategies that integrate human social dynamics and psychology with other types of constraints. Services include data collection & analysis, group/team facilitation and communication strategy, and data visualization. Areas of focus include change management within an organization, evaluation of customer/participant needs and how well those needs are met by current or planned products or programs.

I like the clean san serif font and simple geometric element that also contains a deeper level of detail
I like the integration of a pictorial element into the line of text
simple clean minimalism
elegant and professional look
I like the symmetry of the non-text portion of this logo. Don't love the type -- a little to plain
simple clean minimalism, but would probably prefer a different font
the mix of geometric and organic shapes
simple visual element inline with text
I would like to emphasize the word 'flourish' and it would be great to visually emphasize (in a restrained way) the dual meanings: 'healthy growth or development' and also 'an ornamental element that provides distinctness and attracts attention'. I also like the idea of embedding a key visual element in the 'o' of 'flourish' or something like that because I would like it to make it less likely that people immediately see the word 'flour'. Most of my example designs show san serif fonts, but I am also interested in designs that use script for the word 'flourish'. I am especially interested in designs that visually communicate the *human* focus of my business.
