Oceaneer’s vision is to be a haven for coastal cities at risk of submersion caused by global warming and rising sea levels. Oceaneer is a floating city project. Environmental, Social, Governance friendly (ESG). Integrating Blockchain/Metaverse with tangible infrastructures: It is a futuristic concept yet current. Our goal is to have a tangible structure as well as a cutting edge concept with metaverse elements. A fine balance between institutional and the cutting edge. Think the juxtaposition of wood and metal. We are looking for nature AND digital.
