Bluebird will be a modern yet authentic and traditional french bistro. Not too Parisian, not too Campagne. Approachable. Easy to like. Underpromises and overdelivers. Copper pots, rows and rows of wineglasses, white paper over linen tablecoths, stacks and stacks of clean plates, brick walls perhaps painted white, cozy, bustling, comfortable. Brunch and dinner. In a very exposed, walkable location. (Chapel Hill, NC)

I’m mostly interested in combination logos, but I’m open to all ideas. These will be a large version of the logo painted on the outside wall, and I really want a small version of the logo embossed on our plateware. Check out Monsieur Benjamin in SF and the simplicity of their logo and how it works on their plateware. Ours also needs to be sophisticated and not seem kitschy or campy, there's too much of that around here already.
