Erhard1 got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Logo for department innoCampus of TU Berlin
Check out Erhard1's Logo design contest…
InnoCampus is a department of the Berlin Institute of Technology (Technische Universität Berlin, TU Berlin) that is responsible for development, implementation, and operation of electronical systems in teaching, university studies, and research. InnoCampus is also responsible for administration processes concerning teachers and students. InnoCampus is both a service and a research body. Our main target group are the members of the TU Berlin. We are cooperating both with other universities and research institutions as well as private enterprises. We are an active member of the international „scientific community“. We are the first contact for many IT issues of the TU Berlin. We want to appear easily reachable, open minded, and willing to communicate for administrative staff members, students, teachers and faculty members. Our products (usually web based) are characterised by innovative ideas, high benefits, user-friendliness and a modern appearance. Examples for services of innoCampus (partially non public) are: Moseskonto: timetabling for students and teachers, room reservation, and administration of marks https://moseskonto.tu-berlin.de myDESK: integration portal (Web 2.0) for TU Berlin web presentations for students https://www.mydesk.tu-berlin.de/ ISIS: learning management system of the TU Berlin (course material, course organisation, and electronic homework assignments) https://www.isis.tu-berlin.de SLM: introduction of a state of the art campus management system for teaching and learning (strategic project, ongoing) UniCAM: Video recording of lectures, infrastructure like video server, production of podcasts and video based courses (MOOC)
Logo types to explore
The logo may be used together with the TU Berlin logo. Therefore, it has to match the TU Berlin logo: www.pressestelle.tu-berlin.de/fileadmin/a70100710/Dokumentationen/Imagematerial/CD-Manual/TUB_Corporate_Design_Manual.pdf see page 8 for the logo (long and short version) in red and black, see page 10 for colour definition. The font used for the TU Berlin logo is "TheSans", see page 12 of the corporate design manual (you may use another font for our logo, but it has to match the TU Berlin logo). The logo has to be optimised to be used both in print media and on web pages. We need the logo as vector graphic as it will be used for a wide range of media (from posters (large scale) to business cards and promotion items (small scale)) The logo may be used in a short and a long version (with additional text, e.g. "Your Competence Center for ..."). In addition to the colour version we need a black-and-white (or grey shades) version.
