Major theme for the Daily Cake is taken from a newspaper. Major font for the business with a New Times or Times New Roman-like serif font, with secondary text (tag line, later body use) in a simple san serif font. A cupcake logo is of course the most obvious and direct choice, but we are interested to see what you, designers can think up. We want the logo and the business to reflect our goal of providing a daily splurge (self-treat) each day for the professional who deserves it.
Our market is slightly higher end (HHI over $100K), professional, suburban-urban, female, mid 30s - mid 40s but still would like to connect to being younger.
