Joan Freed got their new logo design by running a design contest:
$250 for Logo for Chocolate Confessions
Check out Joan Freed's Logo design contest…
We need a logo for our musical comedy about love, life, and chocolate. The show takes place in a chocolate shop, where the owner greets a mixed assortment of funny characters, each with a secret to share and song to sing. About a dozen different characters are portrayed by one actress, and there are also amusing stories about chocolate in the show. See full brief for details.
What's your vision?
Tagline: the musical comedy Accepted File Formats: EPS, PSD, AI, and Vector Files Create a new logo for Chocolate Confessions to convey that this is a fun and entertaining musical comedy. You can take a look at our website to get more information on the show, and to see what some of the characters look like: www.chocolateconfessions.com Our audiences tend to be women, ages 30-70, although men enjoy the show too. The show uses musical theater songs and pop song parodies. Themes in the show include love, passion, chocolate, candy, confessions, comedy, and nostalgia. The logo could just contain the words Chocolate Confessions, or Chocolate Confessions the musical comedy. Possible tagline #1 could be "The hilarious one-woman musical comedy about love, life, and chocolate." Alternative #2 is "Caution: This show may contain nuts!" Neither tagline 1 or 2 is necessary if the logo conveys enough information on its own. Feel free to be creative in your approach. By submitting a logo, you declare you are the original author of the artwork. Accepting the award, you transfer exclusive copyright for the logo to us, the contest holder, by a signed statement.
