About us
This law firm is for the sole purpose of serving those that make too much money to qualify for free legal services but don't make enough to afford a traditional lawyer at $300-$400/hr. Over 90% of litigants that go to family court are unrepresented. I want to build a firm that caters to the 90%. The attorneys will be offering Limited Assistance Representation which means that they don't take on the entire case but only what the clients can afford. If clients come in wanting forms filled, then that's what they'll do. If clients come in just needing advocacy for one day, then that's what they'll do. They will charge $100 per hour for their service. We're there only when you need us.
