The “Burrito Syndicate” is a modern Mexican (Burrito focused) concept offering a wide variety of high quality ingredients and healthy options, served to order, without compromising on taste, ingredient authenticity, or speed of service.
We are targeting young (btw 22 and 45 years old), wealthy ($75,000+) office professionals (male and female) that are interested in healthier alternatives to current Mexican food but without sacrifice.
Our target audience wants:
1.) Authentic Mexican food comparable to Chipotle, Qdoba and Lime Fresh Mexican in terms of taste, quality, variety, simplicity, and speed of service
2.) Free-range meat and chicken, low fat cheese and sour cream, artisanal cheeses, whole wheat wraps, a large variety of veggies and healthy toppings not presently offered
3.) Same taste as competing brands but with lower calories, lower fat, and higher quality ingredients
