Logo/Branding for "Ackerlust" We are a german company and are going to open a new brand for our produkts called "Ackerlust". Today we work on about 5.000 Hektars Farmland (which is over… 5.500 football fields). Our turnover this year will be around 5 Mio. EUR. The brand name "Ackerlust", which is hard to translate, it means joy on products from farmland and is not a regular name. Our aim is that we produce our products by seeding them, growing them on our farmland, process them by ourselve or partners and deliver them over our Internet Shop and regular Shops to the customer. Total transparent for the customer (We think that this is what they want :-)). "Ackerlust" is a registered Name and should be used in a first step in the german speaking countries in Europe. One of our first products will be pumpkin seed oil and products based on pumpkin seed. The customer can have a look on the website how the product grows and is processed. In addition to that we plan even more products like honey or chips made from savoy. It is important that the logo works on nearly every kind of packaging for food.

In addition to this project there come up a lot off additional work for branding using the logo, packaging for each product etc. If possible we would like to do this with the designer we chose in… this project, depending on the quality of the work and conversation. Our first product will be like I mentioned earlier pumpkin seed oil in bottles. That´s the reason we show some bottles with the product from our competitors. But don`t forget, the logo / brand should work on nearly every kind of packaging! And we want something new which makes a difference to the others. A good example in what direction (not for the logo design!) we think are the attachments with the brand "Feine Welt". A design which works on many kinds of packaging. The way the presentation is on the packaging is always the same. Logo, Pictures of the product, a two word fantasy name of the product, real description. I think you should know that for a better understanding of the logo we need at all. If it is possible please make a example of a packaging with the logo, this will help to understand your thinking :-)
