Logo for Brand New Real Estate Brokerage

I need a logo for a brand new real estate brokerage. This agency is a brand new venture for some very familiar faces in the local real estate market. The logo we're looking for should convey an upscale luxury brand but with a modern feel or freshness to it.

Akwari & Company, L.L.C.

If you're in Miami or New York, in a brand new luxury home, the kitchen will have fantastic granite countertops, elegant 42" cabinets and some modern stainless steel appliances with a fantastic view. If the owner was going on a date the two of them might go to the hottest restaurant in town followed by a night out at the city's trendiest club. This logo should encapsulate all of that. Our market is an even split between men and women ages 25-55. The majority are professionals and we want a logo that is also approachable and warm. The idea is for it to say that we're the upscale brand you're accustomed to but with a fresh modern feel, as if it's for a new generation of homeowners. I'm open to almost anything that can convey this but I kind of like the idea of the incorporation of some wings, almost like "this is where your dreams take flight". Use of cityscapes, home(s) etc. might be nice too. I don't want to stifle creativity but you get the idea:)

- Item 1...Bold use of the company name, "Akwari & Company".
- The logo in PDF format.
- Use of a dark maroon color somewhere. Can, but doesn't nec. have to be a of it.

- Item 1...Clip art
- Too many bold colors. No pinks, or greens.
