We are a suburban restaurant/nightclub/bar with live music six nights a week. Tuesday is open mic, Wed changes, Thurs is open jam, Fri and Sat rock and Sun dinner with jazz. The stage is the focus with speakers, mics, amps and drums at all times and 15-20 guitars on the wall that can be played by anyone.Musicians love it. Food is tasty, drinks are solid, servers are young and cute, and the atmosphere is exciting. Crowd is of all ages, from 30 - 80, with an average of about 45, often more women than men.

There is a reference to the earth as a blue rock and we have an earth flag prominently displayed but we think it is more important to convey that we are a music venue, hence the previous attempts all include a guitar. We are a little sensitive, though to being too close to the Hard Rock Cafe, so we have gone away from a vertical guitar as in the one with the tatoo art in the examples. We have also played around with catch phrases like "where music brings us together" or "where music is the common language" or "the Blue Rock, it's quite a place" or "Blue Rock cuz You Rock."Clearly we haven't settled on one of those yet or even whether we want to use one.
