Very committed designer who want to get things right! Thanks!
look no further than this designer! edwin (esyu) was an absolute delight to work with. he is hard-working, professional, creative and very quick to respond to any and all of my requests, no matter how minor or experimental they were. i am extremely impressed with the final result of my logo design and will definitely contact him again should i need any other design work done.
i strongly, whole-heartedly encourage any company or individual looking for a graphic designer to use edwin (esyu).
it was obvious that he read my brief, understood my requests and constraints, and implemented them into each of the several design options he submitted.
thank you very, very much edwin!!!

How ken.steyls started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Luchtwerk (or Lucht Werk / lucht werk )
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I shoot (and edit) aerial photos and videos with a drone. Mostly landscapes, but also buildings and small events like marathons. So it’s part promotional, part creations for my own portfolio.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?

Since my products are pictures and videos I need a logo that looks good on every one of them. Therefore, it has to look good in one color, especially in white (maybe with some negative space?). So I guess there are 3 possibilities:
- A powerful logo (with name worked in it) that’s uncomplicated enough to be used in pictures and videos.
- A powerful logo that can be accompanied with the name but also can be used without in pictures and videos.
- A more complex logo with an uncomplicated version that can be used in pictures and videos.
My name ‘Luchtwerk’, could be translated as ‘airwork or skywork’. So I like it pretty straight forward :-) For the design’s sake, it’s ok to use it as two different words (‘Lucht Werk’).
I have no real ideas for a logo. It could reference a skyline, landscape, … (please no planes, birds or insects) but it’s also an option to let the name speak for itself. There are a lot of dronebased logo’s. And although I fly a drone, I don’t want it to look like a spy agencies logo and most of them do. But I don’t want to exclude it, I guess there are still some original ways to use (the shape of) the drone or quadcopter in a stylish logo (In attachment some drone-logo’s that I like, but obviously they are already used a dozen of times). So don’t get to fixated on the drone thingy. I rather have people think I make pretty aerial pictures then have them think I fly this “dangerous” thing in their backyard.
Everything is possible: an iconic logo, a wordmark, a lettermark, a combination or an emblem. It is important that it’s a plain but stylish logo that I can use (or a simplified version of it) on photos and videos.
I think there are also some possibilities in an oldskool / vintage logo!
