MANDATORIES

Mueller has to be part of the logo, with the Chrysler, Lincoln, Mercury logo’s somewhere in our logo, with Chrysler being first of the three. All have to be incorporated in one logo.The colors red, white and blue should be used and silver can be introduced for a color combination.

WHO ARE WE TALKING TO?

Families, couples, singles who are 25-55 year olds who want to either buy or lease a car. We sell cars for everyone ranging from mini-vans for soccer moms, small Milans for college graduates and Lincolns for the retired population.

WHAT DO WE WANT THEM TO BELIEVE?

That Mueller is a long lasting car dealership that caters to all sorts of people through their wide variety of cars. They have been family-owned for over 50 years and they will continue to serve the Fox Valley in all their car needs.

WHAT IS THEIR PERCEPTION?

Mueller is old school. It’s not hip and cool and that they only sell cars to retired people.
