LONGFORD & FRASER: The Leadership Academy for Boys is a exclusive, modern academy for boys in a large Australian capital city.
The curriculum promotes standards of excellence in life skill disciplines including:
Leadership, Self-Esteem, Emotional Resilience, Emotional and Social Intelligence, Respect for Women, Social Etiquette, Assertiveness, Honour, Integrity - together fostering the development of confident, young gentlemen, and the leaders of tomorrow.
For boys aged 6 to 12 years. (the age group may be extended with time)
Classes are held outside school hours.
You might describe it as a modern leadership academy.
Parents and grandparents who see a need for refinement of their son's social etiquette, emotional resilience skills and social skills beyond what their son is learning at school.
The target audience's income level is moderate to high.
The logo image needs to be bold,clean-line, outstanding, fresh, distinguished.

It is an academy of substance. Think old English school or bank of repute.

The logo must attract the parents/grandparents, but also be attractive to the boys so that they will be proud to tell their friends that they are a student at LONGFORD & FRASER.

Background colour of charcoal
The accent colour is a vivid, fire-engine red
The text is white.
I am quite attached to this colour scheme but if you have other ideas I am willing and open to consider them.
However, I see red as the colour of courage and confidence. I see the charcoal as prestigious and strong.
The art needs to be in a vector format (Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator) layers intact so we can resize vector graphics without any loss of quality.
WINNER must provide:
a) A modifiable vector version of the logo in .ai, .psd or .eps (CMYK)
b) Web file format - .jpg (RGB)
Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo
We need full intellectual rights to the logo upon payment.
