In the early development phase, Homestagershq.com is designed to assist home sellers locate a home stager in their area to provide them creative advice on how to sell their home faster and for more.
Initially based in Australia, the aim of he concept is to take it international to list home stagers from all countries worldwide.
The site will be a place where home stagers can list their business, where suppliers to the home staging industry (Freedom, Ikea etc) can promote new products and where those selling their home can locate someone to help them review their property from a buyer perspective.
It is a creative environment allowing home stagers to blog, use forums, promote their business, find training materials and showcase projects they have completed.
The site will offer industry based information but will be largely populated by the membership of home stagers on the website.

One. We want to attract creative home stagers who are savvy enough to understand that promoting their business in an industry hub website will have benefits on their business and the amount of calls they receive.
Two. Home sellers wanting to locate a service provider that can independently review their property to improve their selling time and sale price.
Three. Major businesses involved in selling products or hiring furniture to the home staging industry that wish to promote their product to designers, home stagers and those who are aware of the benefits of properly presenting their property for sale.

We require a professionally finished logo that is clean, vibrant and contemporary without being clinical. It must appeal to creative and design orientated personality types.
Colour palette is at the designer's discretion but the colour choice should be modern but have the ability to stand the test of time (and be relevant on a global scale).
Happy to look at logo designs that are either text based only or logos that include a graphic element.
Font type of the brand name (homestagershq.com) is preferably Sans Serif.
Make the HQ component of the brand name a feature (whether it be in capital letters or a different colour to the other text). HQ is designed to represent Head Quarters of home staging, the place to go to find home stagers AND the place for home stagers to find information.
A landscape orientated logo to better suit online application as a header
White background preferable, but seeing the logo in a reverse format helps
Varying tones of the same colour palette (please avoid lime green as this is our other business colour)
As per the brief, no roof tops or stylised houses. Picking elements from within the home is acceptable
If you are going to include a graphic element to support your logo, please avoid using non-descript icons that would be more representative of banks, finance or the IT sector
