Who are you known as?
The name of the company is Yomeru, but I think I just want a character/mascot made without the Yomeru name.

I am building a Japanese language learning iPad app. We are targeting anyone who is interested in learning Japanese.

Other notes
I am looking for something fun/quirky. I envision a super cute (not sexy) cartoonie, but not straight up anime, Japanese girl, with big over-exaggerated Japanese-style glasses, holding a book or something. Japanese people wear somewhat thick framed glasses that are not perfectly circular (like what is typically perceived as Chinese). Please reference the attached images.
Also, the guidelines for the iPad and iPad mini should be followed (high and low resolutions). This mascot will also appear on the website.
