Can you possibly include the full name International Technology Roadmap on Wide Bandgap Semiconductors? Not sure we will need it. 1. Whereas the ITRS (International Technology Roadmap on Semiconductors) was the motor of silicon based digital electronics for 50 years, The ITRW ( International Technology Roadmap on Wide Bandgap Semiconductors) will be the motor that drives Silicon Carbide and Gallium Nitride based power electronics in the coming years. 2. The logo displays the acronym ITRW. 3. The logo should share some commonalities with the ITRS logo 4. The logo should feature the bandgap in a subtle, but recognizable way.
