About us: Italian Escapade was born in 1995, initially in Venice but has soon extended its competences to Italy. It’s a wholesaler of tourist ancillary services in Italy that sells exclusively to tour operators and travel agencies who also have a tour operating activity worldwide. In other words, it’s an activity of international DMC specialized in providing ground services such as transfers, guides, and ticket office museums and events in Italy. Placement: we offer activities all around Italy, from VIP services up to cumulative services, thus addressing a wide target, ranging from operators specializing in luxury travel to companies operating at a price level providing economical services and usable by many travellers. The placement is, therefore, very transverse. Brand values: trust is one of the most important values that over time the brand has acquired from his clients. Our main purpose is maintaining a one-to-one approach with clients. It is important for us to be recognized as friendly and available to our customers, always open to any request, even the most complex and customized. This is why we often create tailor-made services. Mission: create an international reality that can become a reliable reference point for any operator planning travels to Italy. Simultaneously, not forgetting the human aspect of relationships and availability in creation, customization, and services performance, up to the decisive and timely support in real-time to the final travellers. Tone of voice: being a wholesaler, the tone must be professional, not excessively personal and always sober, since we deal with travel professionals from all over the world. Despite this, given that customers’ personal relationship is a primary value, we don’t want to create an excessively formal image. Also, as the business object is Italy, we would like to maintain a close relationship with Italy’s iconography in the logo.
