New interior design studio "living concepts" is looking for a remarkable modern logo

We are a regionally well known company that builds single-family houses and apartment buildings. We respond specifically to the wishes of our customers and plan the houses individually with our architects and accompany the entire construction phase up to the handover of the keys. The companys name is " DAS MASSIVE". In order to expand our business area, we also want to offer our customers and external new customers advice on interior design. The advice can range from small tips and moodboards to complete room furnishing. Furthermore we want to offer an online shop for purchasing furniture as well as floor coverings, lamps, sanitary items etc. in the future as we have e.g. our own Manufactory parquet flooring already which is compared to the market more attractive in terms of price and performance ratio. The logo is intended for the new business area and should act as a sub-brand, detached from the existing brand. The logo should convey elegance, modernity and a sense of architecture and interior. Fine lines and modern clean design preferred. There could also be an idea of creating a connection between the naming and the region we are living in. We are living in Heilbronn, an area Full of wineyards and we are having a great town hall as well. Picture below
