InterArc Soultions provides business process outsourcing services to freight forwarders and exporters.

Includes bow features of longitudinal lines in the name and design - almost like "(nter()rc" Slightly reminiscent of nautical themes Target Customers are small to medium (25-100 staff) freight forwarding firms on West Coast (we might expand to East Coast). These firms are usually partnerships that struggle with profit margins. The services will be directed to Operations Managers/COOs and Finance Managers/CFOs. The Operations Managers may have worked up from clerks and are most likely in their late 40s. The Finance Managers may have college degrees and have probably been in the business for several years; and most likely in their early 40s. Gender details unknown. Most will not have much experience with using deployed resources and the brand must communicate Experience and Integrity. The benefit of the service is decreased fixed staffing costs in operations, because mush of the flow is seasonal. Additionally, they will benefit from shifting certain risks to a solutions provider. The anticipated barrier is quality of offshore resources and the impact to long tenured employees. Any thoughts on slogan would be appreciated.
