I'm a freelancer working in the area of conflict resolution (mediation), leadership coaching and communication training in companies and other organizations. My target group are managers leading teams or organizations.
This is what I do in one sentence:
I guide people through a process from unclarity to clarity among them (but also inside them) by providing an open but safe space where they can talk to each other supported by me.
In my work, I pay special attention to emotions. When I moderate conflicts, people can be very emotional and I welcome that, because emotions are important messengers.
Important elements of my work are:

- Leadership (I work for businesses that have hierarchical structures and leaders are my clients. I’m also a leadership expert)
I usually work with groups of people (e.g. teams working together) having serious interpersonal issues. During my work, people are sitting in a circle and I am the conflict moderator. I help people to express their emotions and tell each other their individual truths. I don’t avoid conflict, I bring it to the surface. The goal is clarity, not necessarily beauty. It can get very emotional and I’m there for people to feel safe and to come to good solutions. The goal of my work is to enable teams getting along with each other again and improving their collaboration.
My values are:
I want a logo that expresses evokes trust in my potential clients. Ideally it expresses vitality and open-mindedness since I am that kind of person. If you asked me about the age of the logo, it would be between 30 and 40 years. Not too young to be immature and not too old to be too conservative and narrow-minded.
