My Coaching is unique -- original...bespoke, and I am looking for a logo and a style that is just as original.
My clients come to me for help in transforming their lives. At times that is terrifying -- other times...exhilarating. I would love for my logo to be symbolic in a way that brings up emotions -- of empowerment, adventure, or possibilities...
This is a Blind Contest because I value and respect your desire to keep your creative work hidden during the beginning stages of this. I look forward to seeing what you design for me!!
I will share examples of things I enjoy, but PLEASE allow your creativity to transcend these samples and ideas. I am merely trying to give you a sense of my style -- but you are the expert, and I can't wait to see what you design!
I LOVE hand drawn and painted/watercolor logos -- especially ones that are stylized or somewhat minimalist. I love a brilliant use of color, a clean design, and a flowy feel. For fonts, I love all kinds -- but I must be able to read it at a glance. If the name text is more a design in one place, it helps to have it printed elsewhere for clarity.
I LOVE graphics that incorporate more than one symbol or object! Please only do this if it makes sense with your design. It makes me so happy to see a logo, and then suddenly realize there is MUCH MORE to it than I'd originally seen. I feel like I have found a hidden treasure. Ideally, it is a very subtle combination of multiple images or concepts. That is the best!!
*** If you are just reading this brief, I want to preface this next part... If your style and expertise doesn't involve silhouettes and those kinds of things, please create to your strengths. Just because I'm mentioning this, please don't just do a female silhouette. Of my current favorites, one has NOTHING to do with a silhouette of a girl. Please surprise me and create based on my business and my client...however that looks for you. ***
In my head, I keep picturing a lovely Greek goddess, perhaps a profile or glancing back at you, chin tilted up (optimistic). She's Pygmalion - from the original story that would eventually inspire the production, My Fair Lady. My original inspiration is a cameo with a Greek Girl on it -- you will find it in the attached photos. I bought that pin on Etsy as soon as I saw it, because she gave me the initial idea.
I picture her hair up, banded in the Greek fashion, but also kind of wild...just like her. There is a fire, a passion within her -- and she's just realizing it. The image can just be head and shoulders or a full length image -- your choice based on what you see.
*** If possible, I prefer any profile silhouettes to be facing RIGHT -- as you are looking at her. To me, that's looking "forward" -- not looking backward... ***
I love symbolism. My Coaching Clients are embracing change, exploring possibilities, and embarking on new adventures. Items that I might like to see incorporated - but ONLY if it makes sense...
* A Beautiful Butterfly - could be a tiny one or a subtle, hidden butterfly within the design
* A Dandelion in mid-scatter - love when these are flowy and subtle
* A Passport Stamp or Travel Stamp as a Border for the Design - if you do a stamp, I love when it looks like it was really stamped with a bit of missing contact around the outside...
I have attached a file that has many different images, but please use your talent and inspiration to create what you think my Clients need to see! If you have questions, please feel free to reach out!!
Thank you for your interest!! Once I find my muse, I know we will create many more wonderful things together!! I look forward to working with each of you during this process!!
Cheers -- TL
