About us
Atsike Nutrition is the brand of a nutritional therapist offering 1 to 1 consultations and personalised nutrition plans. Services offered will aim at supporting clients’ health by changing food habits. Atsike Nutrition will use the Functional Medicine framework which focuses on addressing the root cause of diseases rather than symptoms. The word Atsike comes from my African heritage. It is a word from the Ewe language which means “roots” and “remedy”. I chose this name because it aligns with the functional medicine framework and with Hippocrates statement: ‘Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food’. The feel for the brand is neat, modern, inspiring trust and premium but approachable. Atsike Nutrition’s main audience will be young women aged 18-39. I am not looking for the common logo of a tree with a person in the middle. I am looking for a creative and innovative logo.
