Green Reach Solutions Ltd (“GRS”) is a Business Process Outsource provider, offering third party administration as well as data processing and analytics services to its clients.
GRS is a specialist provider for the insurance and financial services sector. The services that we offer range from full financial accounting (full book keeping and operation of bank trust accounts for premium and claims processing) to the implementation and
management of IT systems, including network support. In addition we offer full end-to end claims management and processing.
These services are aimed at enabling our clients and business partners to operate more efficiently and cost effectively; by having a trusted partner to deliver key business services it enables them to focus on the critical growth and client management aspects of their businesses.
Within the insurance segment GRS is focused on three key areas of business: -
A) Marine Insurance, risk management, training and data services. Our clients in this segment provide underwriting, risk management and loss prevention services for the owners of coastal vessels as well as small marine communities.
B) Micro Insurance, data analytics and micro distribution support. GRS supports the development of sustainable micro communities, providing the administrative support services that help vulnerable communities in time of need, especially after major catastrophic events, such as earthquakes, typhoons, tsunami’s etc.
C) Warranty and specialty promotion schemes. GRS supports innovative warranty and promotional schemes for the automotive and retail sectors; these range from administrative data handling and claims services to customer contact support.
