Real Estate & Mortgage
We are a new properties developer with high-end (high priced) Lake Michigan or other waterfront home building and property developing. We are a very professional company, but the homes will lean towards a coastal, beach, lakefront feel.
Our theme is “coastal-beach-nautical-sand-sun” type description of the properties. See attached logo examples that have been done by "novice" designers in our office. We like the style of the first one - with cursive Mi, and the C and t. They do have a “wave type” nautical feel to them according to several. We kinda want to stay with this script, make the “i” in Mi a little taller and open up/enlarge the “oas” so they aren’t squished close and unreadable, but we are open to any other ideas from a professional. Attached are just some examples of what's been thrown around the office that we are just not completely happy with.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at $299.
