Neighborhood Block Builder
The Center for REALTOR Technology (CRT) is a dept. within the U.S.' largest trade association serving REALTOR members, National Association of REALTORS (NAR).
NAR currently has a membership of 1million+. These individuals look to NAR for products and services to help them thrive in their business.
CRT's goal is to provide technology information and resources that empower each real estate professionals with tools that are relevant to their business: http://www.realtors.org/crt.
Our target audiences are real estate professionals and their technology staff who can benefit from a tech program that helps them define neighborhood boundaries correctly on any Google map.
Most of the time a census will define certain geographic areas as "chicago" for example. However, because the census is not updated annually - neighborhoods shift and re-define their boundaries - making the census info outdated. Our program, Neighborhood Block Builder, will help real estate offices correct this information on maps they display on their site so that if one of their properties is no longer in Chicago but in Oak Park, they can make that change in their tech systems.
Must haves for this logo, please:
- use of PMS blue 293 in the logo, not necessarily the entire logo either but used in the color scheme
- please provide your logo using the "Neighborhood Block Builder" name as well as the following ......in much smaller letters: "A resource from the National Association of REALTORS®." Use your judgement on font size so that the text doesn't overpower the logo.
-final deliverables should be delivered in 3 file formats on white background where applicable: png non-transparent, png transparent, jpg, eps.
-final deliverables sizes - the formats should be delivered in high resolution and low resolution. So we can use on web as well as print. Depending on the dimensions/layout of the logo this size estimations will vary. Will leave it to your expertise. In the past, we've received logos around 1004 x 552 pixels.
Now for the fun part! : )
-Feel free to use your imagination. If you concept is abstract, that's fine. It doesn't need to be, but wanted to put it out there.
