We've built a communication platform, that helps managers get insight into the well-being of employees. Employees use an app to rate their workday every day. They briefly share anything relevant for the manager to know and perhaps send a bit of appreciation to a colleague.

Managers receives reports that breaks down how individual employees are doing. This reveals who is unengaged and what obstacles the organisation has as well as what is going well.

The data is not anonymous, but also not public. It's an intimate connection between a manager and her employees.

Our positioning is not a traditional people analytics/survey company. We emphasise facilitating human communication, a positive attitude and tackling problems as soon as they appear. Some conceptual connection with the lean methodology, but with a more human feel. At the core it's about emotions and results – the two are interconnected.

We sell b2b and target enterprises. The feel of the logo has to be professional, but with a modern style to it.

It's very critical that the logo can be used as a mobile app icon (iOS and Android). It is fine that the app icon does not read "Team Effect", but it should include something grafical that connects it the general logo. They can be identical.
