We make high-end kid and adult (with alcohol) flavors of hand-scooped ice creams, sorbets, and frozen ices. Our target audience is the many tourists which come to this small, exclusive island in the Caribbean, along with the locals.

*My hand-drawn pic is probably not the best you've seen, but spells out exactly what I want--so please refer to that before submitting your own entry. The rest is here: *I would like the design to be clean and simple: two palm trees have scoops of ice cream in place of coconuts. *Note that in my drawing that the two "O's" in "scOOps" are the actual scoops of ice cream placed on the 2 palm trees as if they were coconuts. These should look like big scoops of ice cream and be ice cream-colored; I would like a few scoops on the ground as well (like fallen coconuts), perhaps melting? *I do like the background of the JPG with the 3 palms (and the sunburst and island motif with the little island in the back), not sure if this will make the design too busy with the wording, but I'd like to try both, if possible.  *The font should be fun and islandy but not child-like, and I'd love it if atop the "j" in "john" you would use a cherry.  *I would also like "U.S. Virgin Islands" written below the picture. St. John is a very small, quirky, island and I would like to convey this in the image.  *Thanks!
