About us
HOUSEWORK is a boutique fitness class. It's sculpting, toning, cardio, and strength exercises all to the beat of house & electronic music. The workout is fun, energetic, and efficient. We mostly use body weight, sometimes light weights, resistance bands, and gliders. The audience is mostly females but I would like my logo / branding to appeal to both women and men. Target age is about 18-45.
