I want this logo to be in the form of a Crest with a character. The character should be displayed in front of the crest. Please also incorporate a palm tree or two in the crest. I want the character in the logo to be a strong rooster (upper body only). Gallo pinto is a Nicaraguan dish which literally translates to "Spotted Rooster". Of all of the designs I found online, my favorite one was the image labelled Rooster 1. I want the character to be red (you choose the shade) and his highlights in white or yellow. I have also included a photo of an actual spotted rooster for reference. I don't want the character to have a lot of spots. The character's expression should be a proud smile. Also, he should have a chain (thin) with a cross around his neck. update: I want the character to look like a tough-guy, but not a cock fighter. I don't want any of my customers to be offended and think that I support animal cruelty (cock fighting).

Third time working with 99desgns. Each experience has been great. This designer was particularly good. Paid attention to our evolving design requests and offered more designs than anyone else which really allowed us to take a vision and turn it into a reality. The winning design was pulled from our finalist selections by 99Designs and we were never told why but after an online chat explaining that it was one of the two designs we were going to pick, it was returned later that day. We were very appreciative of that because all the designs were very good but Sahana was able to adopt her designs to our requests not just try and add things to her concept. She helped us create our logo by consistently evolving her design to our vision.
